Somewhat healthy

None yet........I know bad girl!

16 lbs

3ed fill yesterday and fineally have great restriction! Yay!!

Happy with results so far, but want to lose 2 lbs/week instead of 1.

08/27/06

Pretty healthy.

I work retail, so I get exercise in everyday.

I have lost about 150 lbs.

I am happy, considering that I have never had a fill.

I was banded Nov. 16th, 2009. I am very happy with the result, only regret is I didn't do it sooner.

I have lost 88 pounds as of last Sun.

I eat very healthy, stick to a lowcarb, lowfat, high protien diet.

I do cardio about 5 times a week, and do weights with a trainer 3 days a week.

7/28/2008

Probably not the healthiest but it was a VAST improvement over how I used to eat.

I try just to be active in my day to day stuff and maybe I'll go out and do something with friends, but I don't workout regularly.

-125lbs

Love my results.

Banded March 26, 2010

Try to Do Low Carb Low Fat High Protien

Exercise is usually a 20 minute walk 3 to 5 times a week

Have lost 42 Pounds so far.

Have restriction really just since last fill I had the first part of June

Love My Results so far,

Banded March 15, 2010

I try to do low carb/high protein, but sometimes eat Chick-fil-a

My exercise is mainly the yardowrk- mowing several acres with a push mower, pulling weeds, pulling up bark and laying sod (we're redoing our front yard)

As of last week (1 week short of 4 months) I've lost 64lbs

I would do it over again in a heartbeat. I LOVELOVELOVE my results.

I was banded May 3rd, go for my 2nd fill tomorrow. I have lost 31lbs so far.

Go to the gym between 3 to 5 times a week.

Have been slipping on the eating, not eating the greatest of foods but staying within the 1200 calorie range.

Yes I am happy so far, just need to get back on track!!!!

How healthy did you/do you eat? Before I ate so-so; now I eat fairly healthy, but I eat what I want if I want something. I don't count calories or anything like that.

How much do you exercise? I just started yesterday.

How much have you lost? 95 lbs exactly!

Are you happy with your results? Without a doubt!

WOW! I am embarrassed by my lack of progress, but honesty...

10/06/09 surgery date I have had 4 fills and ok restriction

Eat high Protein meals, but have bad snack attacks (still a lot less than before)

43 lbs.

I started using resistance bands as my arms are hideous and someday I hope to have batwing surgery. I need cardio to help move the pounds off.

Surgery-12/16/09

Diet-I eat a world better than I did before, but I do not deprive myself (I allow myself a bite or two of bad things once in a great while)

Exercise-I fell off the wagon for a while, but am just getting back on. I have been walking/jogging at LEAST 1 mile everyday and then sometimes riding my bike along with that

Weight Lost-I am 5'4" and started off at 248..when I last weighed myself I was 189 (I won't change my ticker until "official weigh in day" of Monday) so that's 59lbs

I would so do this again! If you would have asked me during "bandster hell" I may have said no, but this has been truly life-changing for me, and it's only going to get better!
