I cannot believe that it has been over 13 years since I have gotten my band. I am no longer at my goal weight after having five children, but I am working on losing this 49lbs now that I am done having kids. -

I like the Simple Truth chocolate or vanilla shakes. Premier protein is pretty good too. -

I haven't been on here in many years. I joined back when I had my surgery in 2006. I lost 169lbs (made it to my goal) without actually having a fill. Since my surgery I have had five children, so I have gained back over 50lbs. My youngest is eight months old, and I am done having children, so I started back losing weight two weeks ago and I am almost 10lbs down. The lapband isn't for everyone, but I wouldn't trade mine for anything.

13 years later and still doing good. I had five kids since the surgery, so my weight went up, but I am getting back to losing this last 40lbs.

I had mine August of 2006, so not too far off!

I feel some restriction in the morning, but other than that, not really. Thanks. I was amazed that it all just kind of fell off. I lost most of that the first year. -

08/27/06 Pretty healthy. I work retail, so I get exercise in everyday. I have lost about 150 lbs. I am happy, considering that I have never had a fill. -

That is a really cute dress, and I also love the clothing line. I say go with the large just to be safe, because you can always have it taken in before the wedding. I had the same dilemma before prom two years ago, but I went with the larger size and it was a little big, but it still looked good, so it worked out in the end.
