First 100 lbs gone!!!!

I have finally lost 100 lbs. Wahooo!!!!!:smile2:

What a challenge. I love the Lapband. It has really helped me successfully lose the weight, but my body just doesn't want to give up the fat. I really envy the lapbanders whose weight melts off. God Bless you all. I am not that lucky. It has been work. So for all of you who might be losing slowly or stuck in plateaus, don't give up. Keep adjusting until you find what works for you.

I am committed to getting this weight off and have 114 to go.

Don't fool yourself. Anybody that has lost over 100 pounds has worked for every pound. There is no luck involved.
