:frown: Hi, welcome to LBT. Lots of good info and support here and other people who know just what you are going through. I wish you the best with your journey.

Hello:

I just joined after reading posts for a couple of months. I finally decided to get banded. My surgery date is June 24, 2010 with Dr. Jefferson Vaughan. I've had laproscopic surgery before (for an obesity related problem--gallstones) so I'm not worried about the procedure. But I know my head is not into the dietary changes ahead. I'm working on the Water and food choices. It all seems like a dream instead of reality right now.

Good luck with your journey
