So, for people out there who have lost some weight, I'd like to know what you are doing with your "fat clothes" as they become too big for you? Are you holding on to them? Are you giving them to Goodwill? Are you burning them ceremoniously?
Also would like to know how to deal with some guilt feelings. Yesterday I broke down and had a 6 inch chicken teriyaki sub from subway with baked lays and then for supper i had 4 grilled chicken wings and 1/2 cup of mac and cheese. I had been feeling run down and felt I needed some carbs to pick me back up (I'm on a high protein low carb supervised diet). I even lost my mind and had 1 real coke. Now I'm beating myself up saying "You won't be able to do this stuff when you have the band. You need to get it in gear." Mind you, my first month of the supervised diet I was squeaky clean the whole time.
