__Got me some pork rinds_____

Hey miss Connie... I see you have the Carnation for breakfast. Please tell me what you think of them.

Also, LSasha or Stocky, let me know about the Unjury.

I am taking EAS protien drinks, but I need some alternate drink because I think I am allergic to something in the drink (mouth starts to tingle)

Thanks ladies.

Love chocolate unjury, taste like a milkshake to me....no after taste. I didnt care for the sorbet and I havent tried the vanilla. Go to the website and order samples.

Tomorrow is Connie's big day, one more on the bench...yeahhhhh!!!

B: baked salmon & hard boiled egg

L: chicken breast w/greek salad

Hi Kee the Carnation Breakfast is good, i get the pre made ones with 0 added sugar. It has less calories, and more protien then the powder kind. They taste pretty good I was just doing this for my liquid phase but i think im going to find somthing with more protein.

Yeah Guys Tomorrow is my day :clap2: i can't wait. I am so excited. I have already lost 9 pounds just on the liquids. I messed up a little on Sunday i ate a little bit of beef and noodles from my soup. I was supposed to give that to my hubby, but the vietnamese soups in Alexandria taste sooooooo good i couldn't just drink the broth. I only ate a bite of noodles and a bite of beef, but i shouldn't have had that. It is so hard to be on liquids with my hubby around, he is so skinny but he eats double what i eat on a nromal day. I think i did great except for Sunday.

Connie, do u just get them at the grocery store?

LSasha, do u have extra Unjury's? If so, can I buy one off of ya? I'd like to try it before I order.... :hungry:

I'm not Connie, but you can get them at the grocery store right by the hot chocolate.

I dont have any xtras but I can bring you a serving tonight.

If I may? If you are contemplating using Carnation as a protein drink I'd read the labels. The powder only have 4 grams of protein per serving and 12g of carbs. The Ready-to-drink bottles have 12g protein but 15g of carbs. In order to get into ketosis, you have to limit carbs and they have too many. Don't shoot me, just trying to help.

Wont shoot ya... actually thanks for the info. I want to keep within 30-40 carbs a day, so the carnation may not work for me.

I prefer something that is in liquif form though... the powder always seem yucky to me. But please bring the sample as I would like to try it out.

Thanks!
