ticker factory ticker - how do you put it?

Recommended Posts

How do you get the ticker factory ticker in properly so that you can click on it to adjust it. Tried so many times with instructions found on internet re bb ? what do you exactly copy and paste and where do you exactly put that in the signature area? I copied and pasted what i thought was right but when i click on it there is no action. I know that i should be able to click on it and be brought to the site to adjust it.

 I have tried this thing all kinds of ways....here was the easiest to me:

1. Go to Edit Signature page under CP....minimize it

2. then go to www.tickerfactory.com and set up your ticker

3. When your setup is complete and you are where it says "Done!"....dont worry about all the codes and stuff...just highlight the ticker itself and right click on copy.

4. Maximize your edit signature page and in the small box where it has edit signature click your curser where you want your ticker and paste it.

5. At the bottom of the page make sure you click on save in the orange box.

The great thing about doing it like this is you can edit your ticker from this website without having to go back to www.tickerfactory.com..... just click on your ticker and it will take you right to edit, but  make sure you remember your pin!!!!:blushing:

Sandyjean - my ticker has been working for a while now and I set it up with no problem, but now I'm stuck! I tried it your way (which makes all the sense in the world) and when I paste the image just a line shows up. You right click on the ticker, select copy image, and effectively paste over the picture of your other ticker? It's not working. Help!

Not sure what happened.....Did you just use copy and paste (not copy and paste image) but just copy and paste?

That would be the only thing i can think of that would be different from the way I did it.

let me try something...I'll get back with you!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
