I was banded on 12/30/2009 and seem to be struggling with making the right food choices. I am not losing weight as much as I would like to. I don't eat as much as I did before being banded, but I constantly feel hungry. I am having difficulty distinguishing between physical hunger and the psychological need to eat. My husband wants to continue to eat the way we did before I had surgery which means fried foods, lots of pasta and lots of other junk. This is making it more difficult to be strong. I haven't been able to exercise much because of a ruptured ovarian cyst. I have 2 small children that I want to be able to play with. I need some realy support and encouragement. Please help!
