my highest weight was 299. when i was done with my pre op diet i was 283lbs. day of my surgery may5th 2010 i was 283lbs, and now a week later im 267lbs so here is facial changes starting from POST to PRE sorry uploaded it backwards

I had a get together with some girl friends and the first thing that they said was "you loss weight" I was like...yeah a little. No one knows that I had WLS, so you know that I'm having fun with this right...:-)

Not so much as an ounce off my weight this week
How is this possible, I know in cardio ALONE this week I burned 2050 calories, plus my strength training for 1 hour 2 days this week! Oh well time to look over the calories and figure out what I need to do to get this blasted scale moving! -

Soo I have feel off a little.. I went to Mimai in July and got some fluid taken out of my bands so I can eat.. BIG MISTAKE. I have noticed overe the past couple of months that my pants are getting tighter and my stomach is sticking out. I went to step on the scale and dammit is said 160. I flipped. I can't believe I have gained 20lbs since the end of July. I'm so disappointed in myself

Update i weighted this morning 253.8 at home naked out of the shower get dressed went to see the nutrionist there i weighed 257. I want new law where you have to weigh naked.

I am 2yrs since I had the lap band . I lost 80 lbs but now I have gained back 10lbs I see myself eating more than a 1c--1 1/2 c of food : I have 6.5 cc in band should I be getting a fill
