  1. Hi everyone i was 302 and 5’2” and had surgery in November 2018... I’m now 179 (lowest 163 in February) but stresses around the lockdown and working from home has brought out the stress eating and I’ve been eating crap! I’ve now got my head focused in the right direction so feeling stronger to stop eating crap! Lol why does crap food go down so easily and never makes me feel full! Ha ha I’ve started walking every day since March - I do about 4.5 miles a day and love it!! Body feels so much stronger and I feel so much healthier... my AFib is almost non-existent! I’m 65 and feel so much fitter than I have ever done!! Xx
  2. Dear DanaC84... I will check out Lose It... I already use MFP and My Net Diary and Baritastic but happy to add another... they all help to keep me on track and I’m petrified of screwing up! Self Sabotage is just a bite away! ?
  3. Dear Fluffy ... you are always so wise and generous with your time ... ?
  4. Hi carebear I live in central London and have just recently joined this Forum,,, I'm having my band fitted on the 15th January in Belgium as it seemed to be the best price... Although the sugeon doesn't recommend any pre-op diet I am thinking of doing something for a couple of weeks beforhand - I'm sure my liver could do with it! Whereabouts are you having the op? And whereabouts in France do you live? Best wishes Di :-)
  5. Hi everyone... This site seems really great! I'm having my band fitted on 15th Jan in Belgium and I'm doing this alone ... I put a thought out to a couple of friends about me maybe doing this and they were horrified ... So, I think its best for me... I just can't cope with being judged (had it too much in my life) so I'll just get on with it quietly... Good luck to everyone and I'm SO pleased I found this site... Di x
