  1. I'm down 15 lbs in 3 weeks and everything is a go for the 25th. Supposed to be on liquids only these last 2 weeks but I can't do it. I get dizzy, light headed, very hungry so I've been eating small salads and baked fish :smile2: I go as far as I can without solid food but I'm just not gonna pass out from not eating. I teach classes on line and I'm so light headed I can teach without a Protein Bar or salad. Thx, dave

  10. I refused any medication during my colonoscopy. I asked the MD a 100 questions and he explained every inch of my intestines to me while I watched on the monitor. I watched him cut out 3 polyps. I think medical procedures are interesting. During my heart catheterization I asked the cardiologist about every little artery and vein on the monitor and he finally asked me to stop talking for a few minutes LOL Thx, Dave

  14. The first 3 days were hell. Constant headache, light-headed, weak as puppy pee. Yesterday I started drinking some coffee with Splenda and skim milk and that helped a lot. Now that I've got a good "food" schedule figured out I think I'll be OK. I'm sure my body was/is going thru shock also. dave
