A question about the pre op diet

I start my pre op diet next week and I'm not really sure what would be a good "lean protein" or "low carb veggie" food to have for my meal.

I plan on drinking the EAS Protein shakes as my liquid meal.

Any help would be appreciated.

    You get a meal!!! That's awesome

    Low carb veggie basically means low sugar - so something like broccoli. Lean Protein is a close to fat free as you can get - lean lean turkey or chicken, fat free cottage cheese... or beans...

    I am dreaming of this meal of yours...I am on day 12 of 14 LIQUID ONLY....
