  1. That's AWESOME! So proud of you.
  2. In the chat the other night, someone was taking about the house. She said it was nice. If I see her in the chat, I will ask her more questions
  3. I think some people do like a last meal type of thing... but as far out as you are from surgery, I haven't heard of that. Be careful.. I don't know if your surgeon requires you to lose a certain amount before surgery, but if they do and you gain too much you may not lose as much as you want during pre op.
  4. It's normal to be nervous.
  5. I feel you there! I have 20 pounds to go! I can't wait!
  6. I totally agree. This is all about a lifestyle change... and, eventually later on when you're farther out it will be easier to fall into your old traps.. It's hard but we have to make adjustments to our lifestyles to make them work long term.
  7. They just want to see that you stuck to it. And, they want documentation of it all. Also including your exercise and all that fun stuff. It won't matter if you lost weight or not... I think they just require it to make sure you can stick to something for more than just a few days. With Cigna you just have to make sure you have EVERYTHING they require Good luck.
  8. I was never quite sure on the EXACT size I was. It wasn't until I lost -50 pounds that I want to JCPenney and had one of their specialist size me. She tried to say I was a 40DDD. While I'm not sure if I completely agree with that one, I will say my boobs have shrunk. But, as of right now I'm very happy with what they look like. I'm in a 42D right now and I noticed a few weeks ago I have a little popping out so I should probably go bigger. But, for comfortability lately I have been throwing a sports bra on top.. Mainly for work so I feel covered.. But, yeah. I would love it if I stayed this size for the most part at the end of my journey, but I won't hold my breath. I was feeling bummed at the -50 pound mark because I felt the size difference in them, but I will say this! As I've lost more.... I've noticed they APPEAR bigger, even if it's just to me. Because for the first time THEYRE bigger than my belly.
  9. Oh man, I hated feeling as bad as I did. But, I will tell you that I've only had that ONE incident so I'm thankful for that experience. But, I went out with a friend and had some chicken salad. Then, came home and I was so thirsty that I took a sip of Water. Even though I probably had too much chicken salad... and I wasn't in that 30 minute after window to drink anyway. And, that drink almost destroyed me. No lie when the first little bit went down I could just FEEL that I didn't have anymore room in my stomach and almost immediately felt it coming back up Nothing like vomitting water
  10. Could be you need to potty, if youre exercising that could play a part. Just take it easy, pick one day a week for your weigh ins to count and be logged and go on with your business I know it's hard when you're trying to lose and you see a gain, but in this case there's so many reasons for it.
  11. I found them at Walmart. I don't like that version. I prefer the regular ones.
  12. Nice to meet you Danielle Best of luck for your surgery. Basically, make sure when your date approaches make sure you WALK WALK WALK! SIP SIP SIP! REST AND HEAL! If you have any specific questions feel free to shoot me a msg

  18. Ruby Tuesday's had this thing called Petite plates... I couldn't finish the whole plate.. but it was delish!
  19. My weight loss has been slowing down recently. I believe I know why... but, just in case it's just starting to be slow, I'm not going to shot for AS high as number as the Easter challenge... (35 lbs , which I lost 32 of!) I can always up it if need be! MRSKOUBiK..............317........220.......195.......25 WHEW! Did I really type that number? with just THAT much space between it? I can't remember EVER EVER being that tiny.
  20. Congratulations to all who made their goal. I was 3 pound short!! But, that's okay because in the beginning I set a REALLY high goal of losing 35 lbs before Easter. I'm glad that I came as close as I did.
