  1. I'm on another forum that deals mostly with TTC.... and I've heard good reviews about it on there. :blushing: Best of Luck!
  2. I'm not banded yet. But, the reason I am choosing to go that route is because: 1. I like that you can lose slowly, and have the chance to tone. 2. It's reversible. 3. I feel it's the safer option to have AND be pregnant. One day I want a family. And, the other options worry me. 4. I rather not have my insides all rearranged and edited
  3. I'm not banded yet so my advice is limited.. Maybe start fresh. go back to where you were when you first got banded. Following the same rules. Maybe a few days of detox to boost you up again! But, I just wanted to say I'm sorry for your loss!
  4. wow! you go girl! that's awesome! Congratulations

  7. I have a blog... I'm not banded yet so it just talks about the beginning stages... mamamonner.blogspot.com  I personally LOVE listening to Katy's (thebandinme.com) I check it weekly... listen to it while I'm chatting away in the chat room here.. or the forums... but, now I'm looking for MORE blogs to read! So thanks I'll be checking out all the ones listed above!
  8. I am most looking forward to this app.... My Droid should be here SOON!
  9. I checked out her program on the tv.... after hear another girl on here talk about how great it was... I love it!
  10. I'm sorry you have to go through that! That is very cruel! Especially since you're on a liquid only diet.... Best of luck to ya!
  11. Congratulations. I am in the same way . Since deciding to have the surgery, I have read and read and READ! Best of luck to ya!
  12. Remember that each person is different. YOU made this decision, so I'm sure you did some research before having the surgery. My husband said the same things to me when I told him I wanted the surgery. He judged my mom's experiences and forgot that I may have a completely different situation from her.
  13. Wow. You look amazing. I'm glad everything worked well for you!
  14. Stop beating yourself up! It was only a bagel. We all have our slip ups. Now, you just need to move forward with your pre op.. and make the best of it. You can do this!
  15. whoohoo! Best of luck to ya! I had my seminar last week... and now, I'm REALLY ready to get started. Unfortunately, my surgeon is booked until September for my consult  So, for now I wait!
  16. I am not opening up and telling just EVERYONE. I have pretty much told all the people I want to know. The same people who I will look to for support when I need it. For me, It was necessary to open up and talk about it. I'm not so good at holding my feelings in with important things!
  17. Cool. That was the same doctor my mom used
  18. Wow! Congratulations!! I see you're also from Maryland. Who was your surgeon?
  19. I had my seminar yesterday. And, in my packet it said that if I didn't have any documentation of the six months, I would have to pay 300 dollars for the program the hospital offers. It only listed ONE insurance company that would pay for this. All others would have to pay for it out of pocket.
  20. Thanks so much Sue. I appreciate your feed back. =) Hope you are having a great week.
  21. p.s. Thanks in advance.
  22. Hi. My seminar is coming up this Thursday. I have already came up with some questions to ask the doctor. I was just curious to see if anyone else knew of any questions I should ask? What should I expect from this seminar? I am really hoping I like this doctor because he is so close to my house. I would feel more comfortable in case I ever had an issue and needed to be seen right away. I am so excited. Unfortunately my husband wont be able to go with me. But my dad and his long time gf will be coming. So I am thankful for their support.
  23. I have been doing Water aerobics 2-3 times a week. And, I was looking for something to do on the days that I don't go to the gym for that glass. Well, Today I was browsing for something to watch on tv.. and found that there's an EXERCISE channel offered for FREE! I checked a few out, and they look awesome! I'm excited. I'm trying to find as many resources I can now before having the surgery so that I never have an excuse NOT to work out! :rolleyes2:
  24. that is so awesome! congrats
