  1. dm5201: Thank you for your answer: Yes, all Dr's requiremtns are different. I had my surgery yesterday and came home last night. It went very well and my stomach is very sore this morning. I am on now all liquids which include potein drinks, v-8 and tomato soup for two weeks. I lost about 20 lbs on the pre-surgery diet. (cheated once) So now I am within 60 lbs of my goal.
  2. dm5201: If you had surgery on the 24th of August, wouldn't you still be on liquids? (pizza ?)

  4. I getting done next friday and was wondering how you felt when you woke up from surgery. I saw my Dr. yesterday and he has done about 900 of these.
  5. Saw the Dr. yesterday and he said no problem.
  6. I am on skim milk and crystal light for two weeks. I wish I could have a protein shake. I lost 9 pounds the first three days. These two weeks are the toughest. I have surgery on Sept 10. My goal is 225 pounds and my current weight is 289. Highest has been 308.
  7. I am scheduled for surgery on Sept 10 and have noticed a small infection on my little toe. I beleived I cut my toenail to short and I started soaking it in hot water. Did anyone have their surgery rescheduled to something like this? I see my Doctor next week and will let him know.
