    lapband nation, i find myself weigh in every time i go in the bathroom, fearing of gain some weight back. im i over reacting, im i out of control. monday i weigh in @ 311.6.. this morning i weigh in @312.4 thats an gain of 0.8 and it is wearing heavy on my mind. need an fill, next fill in december, cant wait:scared2::scared2:
  3. im back... it have been 54 days since my surgery my start out weight was 345 and as of today my weight is 313.6-314 already had my 1st fill. here's the deal people are like kids and would say the darnest things, does who are jealous would say that im still fat or thats all the weight you lost. and its always the guy who need the surgery, its always the guy who have been going to the gym for years and still look fat also. or its the guy who can eat whatever he want and not gain an pound so to all those people i say fuck you... im loving my band. and already see the benefit. if you are an diabetic like me one of the sign of diabetes is that the lower part of my legs have gotten darker, but now are clear, and one of my grand daugther told me that i don't look pregnant anymore... lol:thumbup:

    Well didnt do much today suppose to went to an cookout,but change my mind, weigh this morning at 322.4 thats almost 23 lbs in one week.
    lap band nation let me tell you i didnt know clothes weigh so much, with them on im at 322.4 and with them off im at 319:confused:.. since i lost the weight my knees dont hurt as bad. begin to see the benfit on my weight lost. cant wait to reach my 1st goal of 300 lbs by xmas, and the way things are going i'll be there in 2 mos. but got to really maintain now since my band have become looser and not as tight as before.. this well tell if im committed to this life change wish me luck:thumbup:

    well lap band nation it have been 1 full week since i had my surgery, started out weigh in at 345. today i weight 322.4.. which i think is to much weight to lose in one week. is my band really that tight or is this the results of all the liquid i have been drinking, dnt get me wrong im not complaining, juz want the best for me:lol:
    going to an cook out this weekend :confused:
    pls some let me no if i can eat grill food on week two (still on liquid stage)

    :confused:... wake up this morning, started out drinking my protien notice i can drink more, wasnt getting as full as before. all kind of things running though my mind, have my band slip, how does is it fill when your band slip.should i call my doctor., he did tell me that as i lose weight my band would get looser could this the results of losing 23 lbs:unsure: or is this the results of me stepping out of line when i ate some mesh potatoes either or im still please, wife want to go grocery store because of hurricane earl. keeping it real with the lap band nation between hurricane earl and thinking my band have slip got me ...

    TODAY IS TUESDAY, SURGERY WAS FRIDAY AUGUST 27TH WEIGHT IN AT 345, NOW I WEIGHT 326.8, AN WORD TO ALL TYPE 2 DIABETIC LIKE ME YOU HAVE GOT TO DRINK YOUR PROTIEN AND WATER. I DRINK WATER EVERY 20 MINS NEPRO WITH 19 GRAM OF PROTIEN EVERY 4 HRS. ALSO WHEN I FEEL FULL I'LL TAKE AN WALK AROUND THE BLOCK. MY SORENESS IS GOING STILL AN LIKE TENDER BUT FEELING GOOD....:tt2:

    hi lap band nation, im back got my band today. it didnt hurt at all,my surgery was at 7:30 it took about one hour and thirty mins.
    my doc said that because of the fat around my belly he had to really tighten my band and i wouldnt need an fill for about 2-3 mos. now i can see way you can lose weight havent eaten anything im sorry havent drunk anything. you know those cap that comes with medicines that you buy i only had about four cap of protien and slipping on water all day. and let me tell you im full :scared2: feel free to ask any question

    lapband nation let me tell you about myself, im an 49 yrs old male who have been in the work force for 30 yrs. Now im thinking about callin it quits (retiring).. I also have an parttime job for 12yrs, that im planning on keeping. should i retire at an young age,financially im good with my 401k, 457 and some CD that i bought when i was young.NOW my plan is cashing in my cd to pay off my house( 7 yrs left). my 401k is little over six figures, should i let it ride until im 59 or pull it and take an tax hit. my 457 is in the mid five figures range, which im thinking about pulling. Half i want to give to my wife and the rest im planning buying an fix-up, to sell. tell me what you think

    Im back at work today is my 1st day back, had my 1st doc visited yesterday things are going better than expected, im losing about an half to an pound an week.
     
    im please with my band, started out at 345 before surgrey as of this morning im at 317
    my goal is to be at 300 by xmas wish me luck.:thumbup:

    not much going on to day, tryin to break my habit of getting on the scale every morning.:smile: still amaze about the different clothes make when it come to weight,:smile: i guess when you are an big preson every bits help. which got me wandering:confused: when the weight comes off will i still weigh in every morning:confused:

    :eek: to day was a bad day, wake up with this unbearble pain, lap band nation let me tell you. im 6' 1 in height an weigh in at 320.6
    and was dwn on my knees bcos of this pain :smile: with all kind of :smile: going though my mind thanks to and wonderful wife, she came to my rescue and i want to thank god for her and the company thats make gas x...:thumbup: an word to the wise to anyone who is having lap band surgery pls, pls put gas x on the top of your list:wub::wub:

    first... thanks god for waking me up this morning, while layin in bed me and my wife dedicded to go to church, but that change when one of her sister came in from V.A.
    that's not good for me bcos this chick love to eat and my wife love to cook,that's one reason why i gain over an hundred pounds.
    26 years with the love of my life, well it wasnt all on her. i had an bigger role than she, but thats in the past now an a new me is about to be born again and this time my choices will healthier, oh by the way weigh in at 320.6:thumbup: with clothes on:wink:

    today was an great day, loss another pound even if its just water weight i still dnt want lose it to fast. dnt want to much loose skin.
    already people are noticing.and i like that cnt wait to lose another 20 lbs...

    this is it my last day of been call big man, last day of shopping for 4x and 5x clothes, last day of sitting in to small booth, most importance no more spending 184 dollar on meds.
     
    im hoping that things go as plan, i want to be at or under 300 by xmas and by the time march 1st that when i retire i want to be dwn to 250 my goal 230
