this is it my last day of been call big man, last day of shopping for 4x and 5x clothes, last day of sitting in to small booth, most importance no more spending 184 dollar on meds.

 

im hoping that things go as plan, i want to be at or under 300 by xmas and by the time march 1st that when i retire i want to be dwn to 250 my goal 230
