  1. Hello Linnielady . Some can have shrimp everyone is different. Some can eat stake, pizza and a few other foods that most can not.. You have to see what works for you. Now for me I can eat shrimp, rice.. Stake & pizza I can not, so the best thing to do is see what works for you. The shrimp I do not cook very long I keep them tender and juicy and most times make them with a sauce. My recipes are for all types of lap banders. So do becareful and see what works for you... Taken in the waistband and trying on clothes that are to big, is a great feeling, am so proud of you. keep the sewing kit near by, you are going to be doing a lot of taken in. Smiles for you.   5. Congrats on your 20 pounds lost Bklynike. You are doing great.. In know time you will be in your new tops. Plus with all your weight lost you will need new clothes every 2 months. And you are not going to feel nothing more then a tiny prick from the needle for your fill. It is so worth it... LOVE IT!


  6. Make your own protein drink this way you know what is going in and you can add all the things you like. Or try these, Boost -High protein, Pure Protein, or the Drug Store brand of protein shake. Good luck to you..
