    Need to get re motivated for excersise ! I have fallen off bad ! I was thinking of triing hip hop abs from beach body and try 45 min 4 x a week at the gym. Does anyone have any suggestions other then get over the excuses of working 2 jobs and no time. ? I need to get toned again I am 150 was 241 at my heaviest ! HELP ! Maybe I need a buddy

  8. It all you banders that crave chips. I have found I am sure you all know the Special K crackers chips. 27 crackers is a serving. I get the sour cream and onion and the south western ranch and triing the chili one tomorrow. Love love them for my bed time snack

    Sometimes I do a half of a Begal Thinn with cream cheeses / or laughing cow cheeee and 2 pieces of turkey Or I do eggs with salsa
