    Hit Goal....Now What!

    LauraKey, can you tell me what you did to hit your goal weight in seven months? I was band in 11/08 and i've only lost 33 pounds i can't seem to get together please help.
  6. Honestly, I don't know what I"m doing and I think I need to do more. I only eat about 800-1,000 calories a day TOPS. Everyone tells me I should eat more and this past weekend I did eat more calories and I lost 2 pounds! Go figure. I still have a protein shake every morning. It is a good source of protein and the milk is good for calcium so I don't see ever stopping that at this point. My hardest time is breakfast because I'm not that hungry in the morning but if I don't eat I will be starving. I try and have a scrambled egg with some fat free cheese melted on top and a couple slices of turkey bacon. I don't drink enough water either, which is something I have to start doing. I do go to cardio class twice a week so maybe that is helping. When the weather gets warmer (it's been 5-20 degrees here for months and we have snow and ice) I will start walking at night after dinner. I HATE to exercise but know I have to do it! Good luck and let me know if I can help you out any.

  11. I had my band done in "08" I've only lost 35 pounds. I set back and wonder why I have by lost hat much weight. After you read this give me our thoughts. I try o work out during my break I drink sodas I dning out a lot. My breakfast is a protein bar or a quaker oat meal. My lunch some ink of a soup or some type of a salad. For dinner soup or meat with veggie. Restaurants we at: taco bell, chick fila- chelinos,Mac Donald's,braums, Santa Fe weak house,mackeys,long John's slivers. I don't eat fried foods. And I don't eat torilla so please help I need to lose 50 pounds by July. Thank you invance. .

    What's For Breakfast

    How much have you lost? I was banded n 08 I have only lost 34 pounds. My problem is soda and what to eat for Breakfast I can't drink Protein drinks when I do I through up. My doctor tells us to eat healthy, take a multi-vitamin, and exercise. Works for me. I usually have one of the following for breakfast. Yogurt w/a tablespoon of granola, warmed 1/4 cup of fat free milk with 2 tablespoons of granola, cup of cheerios, Cereal bar, a couple of pieces of fat free cheese, cream of wheat, oatmeal, or a peach crisp that I make with instant oatmeal and
  13. I am slow going also I have only lost 37 o Pounds. We go out to eat and I drink pop all of the time. I rarely excerice. If some one could help me through this it would. Be great
