  10. Sip, sip, sip!!!If you are trying to gulp or drink too much at one time, the swelling, which is natural due to your surgery, will cause a back up. I still even 3 1/2 years down the line have times where my band does not let liquids go down, quickly! Calm down!!!Best wishes, Karen

Have you heard about the one, that they call and say grandma, this is your grandson, and I need money to get out of jail, (out of country, out of trouble)? Lost my passport. So many elderly people fall for this, too! Karen

  24. Remember what you can see through! That is clear liquids, not heavy juice, sorry for the lecture! You can see through apple juice, not orange, banana, strawberry. In fact, there are few juices that you can see through, maybe cherry. Sorry for your pain, and unfill. Karen
