Don't worry about the scar... it will get better.... Look at the difference .. Next Friday will be my one year mark...Feb 15, 2012. I did it over the Mardi Gras holidays... this why i didn't have to use all my vacation days...lol

I have no regrets, but I sometimes wish I had my full tummy for just 1 day when something taste so good and I want more. your so early out, ask yourself this same question at 9 months. i bet it will be the same as my answer.

What a funny thread (most of it anyway)! I am snickering my butt off at work. "Biscuit to loaf of french bread" made me choke on my damn water! LOL!!!

My husband had his RNY about 3 years ago. We had dated in the past, then separated, and he had his surgery during the intervening years while we weren't in much contact.
When we hooked back up, I almost made a comment along the lines of "OH DEAR GOD, who's junk did you cut off and get surgically attached to you!!", because things had evolved from...um...a biscuit to a loaf of french bread! I admit, I was giddy with glee! Heh heh heheeeeee...ahem. As a reference, he lost around 250lbs
As far as OPs original topic - even with only my 40lbs post-op weight loss, certain sensations seem to translate easier now. Losing some fluff off the inner thighs (since that's where the majority of my loss has been) has certainly afforded for a bit more flexibility for play time :ph34r:

Be careful what you wish for!!!! I've lost 100 pounds and my boobs look like someone took a pin and popped them!!!!! Lolol. They were the first to go for me.

I am currently residing in Baton Rouge, but I go walking and now bicycling in New Orleans every Saturday. I was just sleeved on May 11, 2012 in Mexico. The experience was great and life changing. I hope that I can make some friends here and exchange some experiences and such.

Hi, not sure if it helps but I will be getting a sleeve with Dr. Almanza on the 26th. He has a package for $5500 which includes a Tummy Tuck, breast lift and one area of Lipo. I will go back after I lose the weight and get the nips and tucks.

So, yesterday was the big day. I got there at 11:30 am (and can I say I'm lovin my sleeve because I KNOW I would've been starving to death by then.. LOL) and prep time, plus some Planet Earth DVD's passed the time pretty quickly. My surgery started around 1:15 PM. It went super fast as always!! However, I found out by my Anesthesiologist that I have a heart murrmurr. You know, I've been told that one other time over a decade ago. Funny thing I thought it was a fluke because I'd never been told that before ever and didn't again so I'd forgotten about it. Better to put that on record I guess with my PcP next time I see her.

Anyhow, everything went FANTASTIC!!! I absolutely without a doubt LOVE MY NEW BOOBIES!!! OMG, I can't tell you... I'm so glad I did this!!! My pain has been tolerable. Doc gave me Vicadin and an excellent muscle relaxer that are working wonderful together. Right now I'm just resting and my Post Opt Appt is this upcoming Thursday at 9 am.

I gained 7 Lbs from my surgery... crazy stuff. Got me back up to 186.4... but you know what's so funny is the Docs office weighed me in at 175 before all the IV's and surgery. LOL!! I think each implant weighs about 2 lbs each.. so now I'm hopeful that my Lipo's will take off that AND SOME!!!

Next stop will my my Lipo's!!!! Bye-bye fat thighs!!! Hello itty bitty waist!!!
