It truly is a journey. Hopefully, the time you spend making sure of your decision allowed you to mentally and emotionally accept all that comes with it. Just know that our bodies are all different; some of us lose alot quickly, while others of us lose at a much slower rate. Stay focused and committed, YOU'RE MORE THAN A CONQUEROR !!

Hello.... Long time no chat!!! You look great!!! You look truly beautiful in all of your pictures. I will have my surgery on the 23rd of this month. I really took my time to see if this is what I NEEDED more then a want. I gained even MORE weight. I am way nervous about if I am doing the right thing and if this journey is going to be a difficult one to stay on.

I am. It seems as though my progress is slower than most, but it's progress nonetheless !!

This was my 40 & Fabulous Cruise. I though I was so cute just after losing a few pounds. I exercised everyday on the cruise ship !!!
