Hi Coconuttelatte, I also have the realize band and had 4.5 cc today during my fill. It was my first fill, and I don't feel any restriction either. I'm praying I begin to feel the restriction in the next few days or so. If not, I'm going to call my surgeon up and let him know. Someone please let me know your experience!

I'm on day 3 of my liquid diet, and the want for solid food has subsided, thankfully!! I can only have 3-4 shakes per day, nothing else. I am getting banded on Friday, and HAVE to stick to this. Not only because the doctor told me to, but to prove a point to myself. No pain...no gain. lOLO:wink2:

Hello All, I'm being banded on this Friday (11/06/09) and excited and nervous at that same time. I can't wait to get the show on the road, so I dont have to worry myself sick anymore..lOL

Hi Ladies, I reside in Spfld MA., and am getting excited/nervous about being banded this friday (11/06/09). I will have my surgery at Mercy Medical Center. I prefer Baystate, however after reading some of the comments, I might be better off at Mercy. I really appreciate this forum and the insight it provides. I hope you all are blessed!

I am on a liquid diet for 2 weeks. I can only have 3-4 medifast shakes per day. This has been really tough, and I have cheated. I have surgery this Friday, and have not made it 2 whole days without cheating. After reading your posts, and becoming scared ^hitless, I'm going to at least stick to the diet for these last 5 days. I'm including today, because i didn't cheat today. Lord, please give me strength to battle this addiction I have with food.
