I attended the seminar today and scheduled my appointment for an initial consultation on June 7th.  I expect that my insurance will take 3 months to approve my surgery.  I'm excited and looking forward to success with gastric banding. I've been reading all of the success and failure stories on this site and I personally know 2 people who had banding done.  One was a success story and the other hates her band and her decision to have it done.  I feel that I understand what needs to be done in order to be happy with the lap band.  I am open to any suggestions, recommendatins, cautions....tips or any info you wanna tell!!
