They were not queries, they were attacks. Its one thing to say "I have the following questions" vs. "This sounds like a scam and you sound like a dishonest person, so tell me this........" So you are going to take Water and put it in bottles and charge people for it? Hmmm that sounds suspicious. So let me get this straight, you are going to open a store and charge people $5 for a cup of coffee? That sounds dishonest. So people are going to write for you about the Lap-Band and you are going to pay them? Hmmm that's not Kosher. You can all be as skeptical as you like, that does not mean I have to do a public disclosure of my business plan, the bottom line is this, get over it, I sent out payments to three people this morning, like I have done for the last 3 weeks, they are working, making money and you are on the "beating a dead horse" team. I needed talent, found it, paying for it and you can cry foul until the cows come home, if it was a scam the people working for me would be here telling you so, they are not and as a matter of fact one of them posted exactly to the contrary. The show is over, nothing left to see here, move along.

I have been on this site since the 90's I don't come here to make money genius, I come here to help others. You work for the government, that explains a lot, you think everything is a scam because you work in the biggest scam. You have no idea what I do so unless you have something constructive to say, perhaps you put the beer down (ever heard of addiction transferrence?) and read this entire thread and see how silly you sound. So go back to your 9am to 5pm (not 5:01pm) job and the rest of us will work for a living, pay our taxes and pay you. Look at that I am already paying you. Can I get a refund? Its late and I have 3 more hours of work to do and you have 10 hours and 14 minutes before you have to punch in.

I don't need to try Craigslist, and I am not looking for novelists, I was (because I found them here and they have been working for 3 weeks and getting paid) looking for people who can write (for example) 500 words on the importance of getting your band adjusted to the sweet spot. Now to your "comments", I am a member, I am banded, I am not putting out a book, the reason why you can't imagine what I am looking for is because you are too busy casting stones and being skeptical, MEANWHILE the 3 people from this website who are imaginative enough to ask what was involved are writing and getting paid every Friday, what is the end product of their work? So thanks for your assessment of what seems Kosher Rabbi but the train has left the station 2 weeks ago, people are writing, making money have come back here and said its legitimate (did you read the whole thread?) and no one had come back and said THIS IS A SCAM, so basically you just sound like another chucklehead getting on the train saying "yeah that's what I think too" meanwhile we have all moved on. As for your six years of experience with the Lap-Band, I am personally (all by myself) responsible for over 1,000 (that's one thousand) people getting educated, financed and banded. I am one of the top 5 non-physician subject matter experts on the Lap-Band in the United States and that's in my SPARE TIME. What do you do? I think Craigslist may be a better place for you, you can uncover scams with your red flags and kosher detectors. When you want to find out about how money is made on the Internet let me know. Most folks are pretty vocal about how much they love or hate their surgeon, I am trying to create a website that allows folks to rate their surgeon as a service to others that may be interested in the surgery. The link to the site is in my signature and as you will see when you visit, we are not selling anything and there are zero ads. Think of it as the consumer reports for Lap-Band surgeons. I would be eternally thankful for your feedback as I have met some really bad Lap-Band surgeons and some really good ones. You don't have to use your real name or real email address for that matter, but PLEASE be honest as it will help others in the long run.

P.S. Your wagon of skepticism must be a lonely place.

Thanks for visiting my new website, the key word being NEW. I did not see your review of your doctor in Michigan so until you participate he will remain at zero reviews. Same like when Lapbandtalk started, there were no messages, someone had to jump in and say something. Ready to jump in? As for the writing opportunity as you read from previous messages in this thread be skeptical all you want but I have all the writers I need now and they are all working and being paid. If you would like to as well send me a PM with your email address and I will send you one (and only one) email with the details and if someone drops out you can jump in, Ready to Jump in? See the way I see it. writing articles gets you paid AND helps others considering the surgery, going to my website and reviewing your doctor also helps others, but when you are forever a skeptic and trust no one, then you also HELP no one. My money made a major contribution to this website, know why? Because I jumped in !! I thought my band was in the sweet spot but I will be damned I can find a way to get stuff past the band, I have to get another fill, as much as I hate the thought, I have gained back probably half of what I lost mostly from stress eating and this crap has to stop!!

Funny, since my response I signed up two folks and if you are implying that thousands have read my offer, I'd have to disagree. My sarcastic response was in response to your alarmist response. You were not trying to generate interest, you were implying that I was trying to put something over on people, You could have just asked your questions without implying something sinister was afoot. What I find unusual is that you want a public disclosure. Let me be clear, I have money/employment to pay people to write for my business. My business and the details of what you would be doing are available to you if you are interested you can send me a private message and I will answer all your questions via private message. It's not multi-level marketing, its not terrorist abduction of children, you write about what you know I pay you. You stop writing then I don't pay you anymore. I am not going to disclose the details of the employment in a public forum as that would be disrespectful to the owner of this system and folks who may be interested in the project. When a job is posted on Monster,com do you demand that the offer of salary and details of benefits all be negotiated in a public forum?
