oh i am going to email my surgeon and tell him i ate a milky way i no it didn't damage my band but i feel i should come clean about my short comings i really need to stop pleasing everyone but myself

guys I am sooo bad I have to stop the madness a neighbor of mine stopped in and of course she has no clue I am banded and she brought me a milky way santa and herself one well we began to chat and she started eating her santa so I offered her some milk well then she was like do u not like milky way u have opened yours yet so I said well i don't like eating in front of people she was like oh i am so not poliet I shouldn't eat in front of u and i was like no that is fine she then said well i can not do anything right i am bad mom wife and now neighbor i was like no not at all if you guys can't tell this lady is out there so anywho i ate the milky way i let it melt in my mouth and immediatly felt guilty for eating it the lady said now i feel better u have now ate yours she is nuts and next time I won't go to the door luckily she did not have a huge piece of cake with her the worst part is I have told everyone i know that i am banded even waiters and bank tellers when we chat but this lady is crazy and she would find some way for me being banded to be all about her anyways had to vent i need to install a peephole oh and the weird part is my nearest neighbor is about 1/4 of a mile so this lady had a walk to get to home crazy crazy

sweethot- I ate some oatmeal have u eaten any it is good also I like mash tators on the mushy stage the oatmeal does need to be water like but good steph- glad your visit went well and congrats on subway food sounds good yummmmm glad everyone is doing awesome let me warn everyone i drank a starbucks coffee the cold kind because felt i needed energy made me real sick had to force myself not to throw up I did not realize how much sugar they have in them

I am going to be a little nicer I am 10 days post op and starving I think some forget how it feels to have no restriction having said that my doc said to me today if u would not eat it in front of me don't do it now i ate one cheez it too by accident because i forgot i was banded and did no damage my doc laughed about it just tell your doc she will be less hard on you than most other bandsters

My band is a 9.75 cm I just found out today my doc said that is the average size just wondering I have no fill yet

I talked with my doc today about this better subject I was banded dec 18th and have lost ten lbs to date but I didn't lose one lb on the strict pre-op diet anyways my doc said since we were on such a huge loss of calories our bodies thought we were starving and went into I am going to keep every calorie to survive I was like my body needs to realize I am a big gurl and need to lose weight fast but anyhow it doesn't work that way he said anyways I want to welcome u to the 100' s i will be so happy to weigh one hundred and something good luck oh and by the way the doc says most bodies do this for about 2-3 wks

sweethot maybe the time will fly by the time u will leave germany will be the time i graduate college and will be a teacher hopefully a skinny teacher carol- I am happy your husband is better keep us informed kay I know how u feel today i went to sonic and had a little something bad and felt bad afterward I had like two bites of a milkshake but it really helped my tounsils they have been sore I seen my doc today and glad I had a better experience then sweethot my doc said he believes I will become his number one success story AND THAT REALLY LIFTED ME UP THAT HE THOUGHT THAT HE SAID MY SURGERY WENT AWESOME HE SAID HE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER SURGERY AND WAS PROUD OF MY NINE LB WEIGHT LOSS SO FAR HE ASKED THAT I ATTEND ALL THE SUPPORT MEETINGS AND SHARE MY LOVE FOR THE BAND I FEEL WAY TO YOUNG WITH THE BAND TO KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN MY LOVE AND I AM HAPPY THAT 9 LBS ARE GONE THAT ISN'T ENOUGH TO BRAG THAT MUCH I THINK MAYBE HE WAS TRYING TO STROKE MY EGO AS THEY SAY BUT EITHER WAY I AM NOT READY TO SHARE MY STORY WITH THE GROUP BECAUSE I HAVE LITTLE TO SHARE THIS POST MAY NOT MAKE MUCH SENSE I HAVE TWO SCREAMING YOUNGINS IN THE BACKGROUND

baths are out for most because of your open wounds but a heating pad is awesome don't leave it too long because it will sweat and burn wounds I also found walking helps but most of all chew gas x

got through it with mash tators and a small deviled egg

my doc said two wks before I can get in a tub

I am about to leave to go to the doctors office wish me luck I will let yall know what he says

Yes B-man I have remained the same weight for a few days as well I sometimes feel like what am I doing wrong but I think my body just thinks this lady is starving thanks for the kind words everyone I will go see my doc today and find out how I am doing okay is anyone else hating tv commercials I am last night pizza hut was on 100 times in like two hours making me starve to death I have tivo at home and always fast forward through the commercials but was at moms and she doesn't have tivo I LOVE MY TIVO now more than ever I hate fast food commercials and I now realize how many times I ate unhealthy because of senseless cravings I am going shopping after my doc's appt maybe I can be down a size I am ready for a NSV!!!!!!!! carol I love your nsv how neat

I am on mushies and I am 8 days out but I have only ate soup mash tators and scrambled eggs
