Christmas Guilt!

So,

its christmas, we all know there is soooomething we over did it on..everybody and there mother knows this!

My family is italian..i over did it on Pasta...man am i full!!!!!

    Me and my 2 year old had a stomach virus all dy yesterday. So we didnt eat anything. In fact I lost 5 pounds. I am sure it will come back quick now that I can eat. I know that I would have been the same way though. Hope you feel better soon.

    I am on liquids for another 2 weeks. Christmas Eve I had about a cup of roasted red pepper soup and Christmas Day I had some very whipped mashed potatoes that I further thinned with milk. Not terribly exciting and slightly depressing but I got through it.Phew!
