My only regret was that I didn't do it sooner. My life has changed so much now for the better, I get sad about all the years that were not so good. I wish I had the guts to do it years before, but alas everything happens for a reason. I love the "new me" and wouldn't go back for all the tea in China!

Bandiva--I am so sorry your mom is sick. I hope she is doing ok and things get better. Good luck on your health as well, sounds like you are going like me--to hell once you got skinny.... Take care of yourself!!

I am sorry this keeps happening to you! BUT f.y.i. here it is illegal to have a steel post for a mailbox. It needs to be break away for the reason if someone does hit it they won't get really hurt. I would hope who ever has done it would not be the same person! BUT they should fess up. I think they aren't thinking the cost is that high and think they can get away with it. Good luck.

Hey girls....just thought I would share these photos...I felt very bad for not taking Faith out to play. SO I did! BUT the catch was, I have nothing to wear so I had to wear DH's hunting stuff....rotfl....I look like the OLD fat me...lol... The snow wouldn't pack either, so we had a nasty little snow man she named Bob....lol.. Me, not so pin up like....lol....let the laughing commence! Bob.... (and Faith of course!)

Hey girls, I am feeling a bit better today. The pain is and isn't band related they think! They are thinking it is either my gall bladder, pancreas or liver. All related to my rapid weight loss. SO NO, it isn't the band, but the fast weight loss! Go figure eh?? I am doing better but I haven't eaten yet. That is what makes it flare up big time. SO good thing that I am not hungry. How are you all doing on this lovely new year? We have about a foot of snow! PUKE! lol...Faith is sad, she wants to play outside but my parents have my oldest. This time last year I was in an XL for the first time in 10 years. I was more than happy. I had no idea that the best was yet to come! I wish as well I had gotten the band a lot sooner! :scared: This is the first time in over 10 years my New Year's resolution will NOT BE to loose weight!! :mad:

It was hanging on the wall I asked the size and the girl told me, it was a Medium but it was about 50 years old so it was the size of a small now. SO I tried it on and it fits great! Even goes over the boobs and buttons!! WOO HOO!! It is black, I love it. $8.99!! NO JOKE! Never could ahve gotten that at a vintage store for less than $40 or more! I am so excited. I plan on wearing it with that new black dress to work. :mad: I am in a huge amount of pain. Went to Dr. They took tons of blood, ect. Not sure what is going on, maybe my gallbladder, liver or pancreas! On Wednesday I will be getting an ultrasound. Gave me Vicadin for pain....yucky, I will be doped out within 15 minutes of taking it...ugh... Happy New Year to all, have fun and be good all!

HELL NO, I never went to the gym! I was 320 pounds, NO way I was going to the gym. Somehow loosing the 20 pounds in pre op and 1st couple of weeks after surgery motivated me to go. Why being under 300 made it better I will never know. BUT it is a great stress reliever now!

I have consulted 2 surgeons for a TT and Breast Lift. Both of them have told me there is no need for an unfill UNLESS I get sick. If you get sick from the medications or ect and vomit you could have a problem. However I will be getting the patch for nausa as well as pills. I would ask them again! BUT in the end, if he says yes you must, I would follow Dr's orders!

Thanks, I worked my a$$ off literally! I eat about 800 calories a day and do 1 hour of cardio and 1/2 hour of weights everyday at 4 am before work. I have adjusted the band to a new way of life and I just do it. I made the committment and never gave up, I think changing your mind and relationship with food was key for me!
