I agree about the sleep test. I dont sleep on my back either. :waytogo: For the second test I took a tylenol PM before I got there. It help me fall asleep much faster than the 1st one. :cool2: Good luck on all those appointments...

May 14, 2009 - Received ACCEPTANCE letter!!!! :smile:
I have been down and frustrated :smile: this year with this process. But all that negativity was washed away with a letter and a happy dance in my cubicle.
Now all I see is light and possiblity. One year of my life waiting for a piece of paper. Was it worth it? HECK YEAH!
Here is to rocking out to 2009! :glare:

This is a fantasitc question. For motivation I keep a list in my wallet of things I hope to accomplish with weight loss. Here is a few:
1) Putting on my socks without holding my breath.
2) Not feeling like a mammoth in an airplane seat.
3) Being able to sit with my knees together.
4) Not having a red ring around me where my bra was.
5) When I turn the steering wheel for it not to touch my stomach.
6) Kill my CPAP.
7) Not to be able to put my hands under a fat roll.
