Hey everybody just wanted to stop by and check on you guys. I have a question I have been feeling these bubbles in my stomache. I had a piece of fried chicken without the skin, and a couple of potatoe wedges, for some reason after I ate I got like this bubbling feeling, and I dont know what it is? I had to come by and spread my joy even though I had two cookies today. I did my step aerobics and wanted to weigh myself. I was a little sceptical but was like jump on anyway, and your girl is down to 256 after being stuck at 58 for like three wekks HEYYYYYYYYYYYYY:w00t::tt2::smile2:. It has been a long time coming for those two pounds but they are gone, gone, gone. I am on the road although I was discouraged I stuck with it and burnt two more pounds its small but very big at the same time.
I dont know whats been going on with me the last two days but I have been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hungry :tt2:. I have been drinking water like crazy and doing the slim fast but wow. I just didnt have my hard hat on today and ate two cookies...lord I feel guilty!!!!:smile2:. I dont know what was wrong its like I didnt have any will power and before and during the time I was eating those cookies I was like our going to pay for those, and I did it anyway. Okay well this is my first time being on here, I posted on obesityhelp.com and found this site aslo. To begin I had lap band surgery on Feb 18, 2009 and started out at 274 on surgery day. I weighed myself and I only lost 16 pounds down to 258. A week after I had surgery I flew back overseas to go back to work the flight was fine. I have had good days eating and bad days.
