BuBbLes??

Hey everybody just wanted to stop by and check on you guys. I have a question I have been feeling these bubbles in my stomache. I had a piece of fried chicken without the skin, and a couple of potatoe wedges, for some reason after I ate I got like this bubbling feeling, and I dont know what it is? I have never felt it before and was wondering if any of you may know. I just hope that I haven't damaged my band. Also does anybody know about doing crunches? I want to extend my workout to doing any ab workout because I'm starting to feel jiggly in the lower ab area, but I'm a little nervous about my band so if anybody has an answer for a sister help please. Thanks guys.

My Doctor said, crunches or any abdominal excercise should not effect the stomach/Band. I think its said that there are no muscles in the stomach so it should not affect your band.
