I saw you were from pensacola and have dr. lord as your doctor! have you had your surgery yet?

Just wanted to say congrats on your weight loss. You are looking fabulous. I have been a very slow loser but talking with folks like you who have been so successful keeps me motivated to keep trying. I see you work out a lot. So do I. Do you find it accelerates your weight loss or just causes you to be eat more? Do you take in more protein to accommodate?

Hi mary, you look great! I feel the same way, when I get to a 10-12 size, I may want to stop taking off the weight, I don't want to lose all my butt! LOL My husband says I will have a case of the Gone A**, he might be right, but for now, I like losing every month! (And not gaining it back!)

Hi Mary. I just read the message you left me from June. Sorry I am just responding. I guess its been a while since I logged on. You look great. I am not having as much success with my weight loss. I was banded by Dr. Nye. Congrats again.

I have about 45 more lbs to get down to My goal of 150 now my doctor seems to be on something and thinks I need to be at 130 but I dont think that I would look healthy if I got down that low, but we will see as long as it keeps comming off I dont mind! )
