  13. I am ALWAYS! ALWAYS! tighter during my Monthly cycle, It sucks but I usually just try to take it easy on what I eat which is hard because I always crave the bad stuff during that TOM...
  14. 299.5:angry: VS. 219:smile2: I was banded on March 30th 2009! ive lost 86.5lbs as of today but this pic was my 80lbs pic!!
  15. Like everyone else has said I think that you should find a new doctor if they absolutly will not refer you. I was 23 when I had my surgery back in March and Ive lost 60lbs since then. When I was in the process of getting my surgery I had to go to a diffrent doctor for my annual pap-smear and I was explaining to her that I was getting the lapband and she just started saying how bad it was and how nobody loses any weight when they get it done and the the bypass would be better for me, I just shruged it off and let her do what she needed to do. I cant wait to go back to her next year when I need another papsmear and see what she says now. just stay determined and dont give up!!!
  16. here are my updated side by side pics, and the ones from the month before. also I put one of me before I walked in my 1st 5k on the 4th of July!!!!
  17. OHHHHH...ok well if thats what the Doctor ordered then Do what he says...I didnt know that you were on a pre-op diet. But yea the weight may not come off anymore because your body is in starvation mode because of the low calories. Just drink PLENTY of water and stay hydrated!!! Good Luck with your surgery!
  18. I really dont think that you are eating enough calories. I have to eat between 950-1100 calories when I am working out to lose any weight. I would try uping your calories with good foods of course and when working out you should start losing! I hope that helped I went thru that phase as well but found out quickly if I dont eat enough the scale wont move.
