Great Post! I will never allow my band to be to a point where I "can't" eat. I want it to help me....not rule me.

Confession is good, we all slip. This is life and about the journey and not about feeling guilty. The old way was to feel guilt, the new way is to admit and recognize where we went wrong and move forward. Hope your furnace if fixed and hope today was good day and this will be an awesome week.

As you said Today is a new day , so you just (jump) right back on don't walk (running so jus keep d} and jump back on lol , you've been doing your thing so keep doing it , you know what you did , and what you have done you got this no problem look what would have happened before your life style and little tool helped to change so don't stress yourself and we are human , you have been on this journey and are doing good ,

I so hear ya! Couldn't believe some of the BS I was seeing on here the last couple of days.
Someone sayin' "don't listen to your nurse" You're not allowed to eat THAT! ...do as I say. Wow..... Really?? I guess she's a expert now...a couple months post op.
And then a new "old timer" expert that has came out of the woodwork the last month or so spouting......"you must", "you shall", "you can't", "I know because I have 8 years experience watching, listening, studying, etc."
Give me a break....

We'll get that run in soon! Now you just rest and heal up.

I have the same problem, Terry. I have one cheat day a month where I eat whatever I want and the next two days after are always hard. It's like it wakes up my hunger with a vengeance.
