Congrats on the procedure... It will take a few days of some pain but that will be over pretty fast... did you get any pain meds? take them when it becomes tough, they helped for me.

I am on stage 2 now and am happy to be there... I think I'd like to stay on this stage for some time if it helps me lose weight. I have yet to excercise even though I am cleared to do so by doc, but because the incisions are healing now and feel sore/itchy... i think its scabbing over and prob about to come off in the next few days... anyhow Im starting monday like it or now... I need to do cardio and will be biking, treadmill, swimming, and most likely dancing...
