  4. Good morning everybody..Maybe this will help me get back on track. I have gained all my weight back from the surgery and not feeling good about it. I didn't ever get skinny but i was a whole hell of a lot smaller than i am now..

  7. @Kimberly...I started a private Lapband group on facebook...Curently has 121 members. Got a lot of great people in there for support..It's a private group so anything posted only members of the group can see it not your other facebook friends..If you are interested in joining just PM me!!!! Wish i would have had the success that all the other people has had

  10. Day 1 was pretty good...Did pretty good with my food and went to the gym and walked 1 mile and a 1/2 on the treadmill!!!!!
  11. Got to start a new beginning. Almost gained back to my preop weight..My goal this week: 1) monitor my food intake 2) gym: at least 3 times this week
  12. Ladybug...Finally someone that knows what i've been through.. I've gained back to my preop weight and i need help getting back on track.. maybe we can help each other. I know we can do it if we put our minds too it!!!

  14. MrsMyers, Welcole to LBT..I would love to be a lapband buddy..I've been banded for 3 yrs.. Just this last yr i went on a gaining spree and now i got to get what i gained back off.. I have a LapBand group on facebook that has 117 people in it and some are veterans from here.. It has an active forum so you can ask any questions you want and get a good educated answer.. If you would like to join or have any questions just PM me anytime..I just don't say i've really gained in there because it's a little embarrassing...LOL Just seen your from Lousianna....Gotta say it:::::ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!!!

  16. Awsome job with the weightloss...Just viewed your photos. I use Dr Dewitt from Birmingham. Wonderfull doctor.. Me and the wife was banded in Mexico and he took us as his patients. we had to pay a $200 fee to become his patient i think..

  18. My reflux was so bad that i went to a local stomach doctor. He put me on Ormyprazol ( can't spell it). Boy did it help mine... I almost gave myself a ulcer i think from all the orange flavored Water i was drinking...Think it was the acid in hte orange flavor..
  19. Kanning been a long time since i have seen you on here...Are you at goal? I have stalled but i recently started up at Anniston Fitness Center and enjoying the excercise. It's really surprising that excercising seems to give you more energy.
