Scales down 4 pounds!!!

I need to modify my MyFitnessPal ....Was 98 pounds now more like 40 ponds!!!!!i need that 58 pounds lost back!!!!!!!

Good morning everybody..Maybe this will help me get back on track. I have gained all my weight back from the surgery and not feeling good about it. I didn't ever get skinny but i was a whole hell of a lot smaller than i am now..

@Kimberly...I started a private Lapband group on facebook...Curently has 121 members. Got a lot of great people in there for support..It's a private group so anything posted only members of the group can see it not your other facebook friends..If you are interested in joining just PM me!!!! Wish i would have had the success that all the other people has had

Welcome to lapband group..I'm trying to get myself back on track.. Damn this is hard!!

Day 1 was pretty good...Did pretty good with my food and went to the gym and walked 1 mile and a 1/2 on the treadmill!!!!!

Got to start a new beginning. Almost gained back to my preop weight..My goal this week: 1) monitor my food intake 2) gym: at least 3 times this week

Ladybug...Finally someone that knows what i've been through.. I've gained back to my preop weight and i need help getting back on track.. maybe we can help each other. I know we can do it if we put our minds too it!!!

MrsMyers, Welcole to LBT..I would love to be a lapband buddy..I've been banded for 3 yrs.. Just this last yr i went on a gaining spree and now i got to get what i gained back off.. I have a LapBand group on facebook that has 117 people in it and some are veterans from here.. It has an active forum so you can ask any questions you want and get a good educated answer.. If you would like to join or have any questions just PM me anytime..I just don't say i've really gained in there because it's a little embarrassing...LOL Just seen your from Lousianna....Gotta say it:::::ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!!!

Awsome job with the weightloss...Just viewed your photos. I use Dr Dewitt from Birmingham. Wonderfull doctor.. Me and the wife was banded in Mexico and he took us as his patients. we had to pay a $200 fee to become his patient i think..

My reflux was so bad that i went to a local stomach doctor. He put me on Ormyprazol ( can't spell it). Boy did it help mine... I almost gave myself a ulcer i think from all the orange flavored Water i was drinking...Think it was the acid in hte orange flavor..

Kanning don't know if you remember me but we have chatted on here a long time ago...Do you still get to see Jason? Talking about a tummy tuck and boob lift , my wife will probabbly have those done in April. Don't know the dr's name but his clinic is on Ft. McClellan. I think she get them both done for $7200. By the way if you get the time...the Zumba class up at the Fitness Center will get the pounds off.....They work you hard.

Kanning been a long time since i have seen you on here...Are you at goal? I have stalled but i recently started up at Anniston Fitness Center and enjoying the excercise. It's really surprising that excercising seems to give you more energy.

Can't believe they are hardly no postings in here anymore.. We need to get them back started. Hi my name is Greg and i'm from Anniston Al. Banded in April 09.. Started over 360 currently 260.. Still got a ways to go but have gotten into excercise and feeling better about myself. How has eveyone else done?

I got you beat!! I got down to 245 and gained 20 back. I weigh 265 now...Seems like this 20 pounds feels like 100. I joined the Anniston Fitness Center and maybe that will get me back on track... Been a long time since i've been in this part of the site. Gonna try to come in more often!

first of all I want to say well done Kaninag. I went back and looked at your photo albulm from where you started and where you are today. You have done a fantastic job!! Don't come on this part of the website much i generally stay in the chat room. I can tell how people has changed just by being in the chat room. I'm so glad me and wife both had the surgery. I don't want to imagine the problems we might have had at home if just 1 of us had the surgery. How is Jason been doing with his band? Is he at goal now? Gonna check in from time to time to keep up with everyones progress!!

Me and the wife both went to Tijuana for surgery with Dr. Ortiz. We would both definately go back to have it with him again.

Me and my wife both were banded by Dr. Ortiz. She had hers in 11/08 and i had mine 4/09. Couldn't have found a better surgeon and facility to have it done. I would definately go to Mexico and do it again.
