Drifted Away

So its very easy to drift back into old habits.

My band is only 1/2 way full due to extensive reflux problems if I fill it anymore.

I have gained about 12lbs back in 4months and I am FLIPPING out. I have NO RESTRICTION! It sux!

Just wondering if anyone else was having any probs. I hope everyone has enjoyed their holidays!

I NEED to get my butt to support group...when is the next meeting??!!!

    I got you beat!! I got down to 245 and gained 20 back. I weigh 265 now...Seems like this 20 pounds feels like 100. I joined the Anniston Fitness Center and maybe that will get me back on track...

    Been a long time since i've been in this part of the site.

    Gonna try to come in more often!

    Yeah its amazing how differently I feel with the weight gain....all YUCKY! But Im on my way back down now :)

    My reflux was so bad that i went to a local stomach doctor. He put me on Ormyprazol ( can't spell it). Boy did it help mine... I almost gave myself a ulcer i think from all the orange flavored Water i was drinking...Think it was the acid in hte orange flavor..

    I took omeprazole for awhile and for the most part it helped but I am soooo bad about taking pills. I mean if I ever become a hypertensive or diabetic patient and really do need routine meds I think I would die. LOL but now I just take tums or something when it acts up. Since Im not that full I don't get reflux that often.
