Will someone please help a fellow bandster?
Sounds like you are ready for another fill. a)if you are hungry a lot b)aren't losing. Those are just 2 signs of needing a fill. Good luck.

hey everyone
Given you are on your feet all day I would give it a couple more weeks before you feel optimal health. Best of luck to you.

Were you fat as a kid?
I weighed 180 in the 4th grade. I struggled until 8th grade then managed to lose a lot of weight playing sports. I stayed trim until my senior year of high school. After high school I struggled because I didn't play sports anymore. Needless to say its been a battle ever since.

Not changing mind, but wonder if they're right?
I tried everything before I got banded. Just because you have lost weight on the preop diet doesn't mean that you can keep it off. The band is a great tool to lose and keep the weight off. I would highly recommend that you go through with the surgery. Good luck.

having second thoughts
Obesity is an uncurable disease. Diets don't work. I tried everything up until surgery and had lost 40 lbs on my own just cutting out carbs, alcohol and sugars. Don't be too hard on yourself. The band is a great way to lose weight and keep it off. I say go for it! You will not regret it for 1 minute. Good luck.

I want this in my past

No Fill Lots Of Restriction!?????
That is normal. You will feel different in a few weeks. My doctor recommends waiting 6 weeks before your first fill. Also because you are losing the stomach lining makes you need a fill. You'll know when the time is right.

A little V-Day fun, Pet Names!
I have a pug dog that is so cute. Originally I wanted to call her Princess but because she is so tiny I call her Peanut. It suits her much better and its fun.

Yes, you can definitely feel the liquids go down. Especially if you are healing, swelled or tightly filled.
