Valentine's Day Challenge

How did everyone do with regard to reaching their Valentine's Day weight goal? My goal was to enter into the 150's / Lose 10 lbs starting at 169.

After much yo-yoing this past week, I finally woke up to see 159.5 on my scale. In the attempt to stick with the glass 1/2 full mentality - While I didn't lose a total of 10 lbs (9.5), I did finally get to see 159 on my scale. So what if it is followed by a .5, right?

If I had more will power on Superbowl Sunday, I might have had better results, but I am happy to have done as well as I did for the month and a half.

How did everyone else do?
