nervous in NY

Hi all! I was reading the post in regards to being nervous before surgery. Great advise everyone. I am scheduled to be banded 3/14/07 with Dr. Singh at Albany Medical Center. My nerves are a little jangled and I was hoping it was normal. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one.

    I am scheduled for surgery on March 13, 2007. How ironic...I am so looking forward to the surgery yet I am sooo nervous!!!

    You are not alone. I had a major melt down right before surgery. They had to give me valium the day of surgery to calm my nerves. You will do fine.
