Yes i had all of my fluid taken out because i had gotten a fill and got sick sooo much it irritated my stomach and my Dr. removed all my fluid to let my stomach rest. I go back April the 6th (I have to wait 4 wks) im so worried about gainning myself i have lost 42 pounds since Nov. the 13th of o8. :cursing:

I went to Dr. Augustin in Kansas City Mo. 816-404-1000 I had my surgery in Nov. of 08 he is great and great nurses also. I have lost 42 pounds since the 13th of Nov. im so happy!!!!!

I had my 3rd fill March 9th i was already at 5cc in my 10 cc band and my Dr. put in 1 more cc and i did the drink test and it was to tight. He took out .50 out and i thought i was o.k. went home and couldnt keep anything down not even my spit! Next day he took out the rest of my fill which set me back to the 5cc i had before. I went home and that night i started to vomit :eek:again and couldnt keep anything down. So again went back for the third time in one week and my Dr. took out ALL of my 5cc out of my band to let my stomach rest. I hope with me being as stricked as i can can keep the 42 pounds that i had already lost off until April 6th when i have to start over with my fills.

Yes i do i have the PPO and it took me 10 months it wasnt easy but dont give up!:tongue2:

I was wandering about green tea, if its o.k. to drink or will it stretch my stomach?

I had my 2nd fill the 26th of Jan. im up to 5 cc in my 10 cc band :thumbup:i was a little tight the first day but the next day was fine. I have lost 32 pounds since my surgery on the 13th of nov. 2008 im so happy!!!!!

1. I am Happier!!!! 2. I eat alot better. 3. My knees dont hurt as much. 4. My rings fit better!!:tounge_smile: 5. My pants size is getting smaller:thumbup:

I had my first fill on the 15th of dec. I have a time trying to get my water in, im scared if i drink my water to fast or to much at a time i will stretch my pouch out!:tongue_smilie:

I put mine in water so the flavor is not so strong. I drink one a day it takes me all day for one i add alittle at a time.:tongue_smilie:

My dr. gives the numming shot also it was the only thing that hurt just for a few seconds and when he put in the needle for the fluid i didnt feel anything it was great!:smile2:

I had my first fill on the 15th of dec. My dr. put in 4cc and had me drink a 6oz. glass of water didnt work and could hold down the water so he removed 1cc. and im fine its so weird what 1cc will do.:biggrin: I have lost 22 pounds since my surgery on the 13th on nov.:smile2:

I started taking biotin 5000mg and i started breaking out like 2 days after i started taking it. I really dont like the break out thing but would like to continue to take them can anyone help me?:rolleyes2:

I was banded on the 13th also! I had lost 17 pounds when i went back for my follow up with my dr. that was on the day before Thanksgiving. I go back on the 15th of dec. for my first fill cant wait!:tt1:

I was banded on the 13th of nov. and didnt have the problem at first. But i am constipated now even after taking stool softeners.:tt1:

I go for my first fill on Dec. 15th and can get mine every 6 weeks also.

I lost 17 pounds the first 2 weeks and my first fill is the 15th of dec. but again everyone is different and keep your head up and eat the right foods!:sad_smile:

I had surgery 11/13/08 and i feel the same way and i have not had a feel yet! I'm o.k. with it I have lost 20 pounds and hope to continue to do well. :thumbup:

Hi everyone i have mine on my left side right under my boobs also. Its ok with me being there.:tongue2:
