We all should be doing great. This challenge is exactly what it is.. "A challenge" I didn't come here and join this challenge to.. half step. I have and am really trying to make the most out of this like some of us. I noticed alot of people aren't updating their cards, many have probably dropped out, I donno but alot of people aren't sticking to their guns. Yes I do read other people's cards. Seeing other people motivated and trucking on, motivates me. I know I motivate some people, but in retrospect, I need motivation too. People this is an actual challenge that I take seriously. I may have missed 2 days of exercise but I am not making up an excuse as to why I missed those days. I just didnt' want to work out. I drink as much water as I can get in. I've missed a few days on those too where I didn't drink 64 fl oz. However, I have not faltered on my sugar and flour. I'm not a sugar kinda girl anyway so that's easy for me. Exercise is very hard for me to make the time, but I do it. I have kids, a business, a pet and a house to maintain. This is a genuine Challenge and we only have less than 2 weeks left in it people. Make it count for something. Follow-through on it.

LOL Tricia_K. *raspberry* to you. EmileeKaye! Girl how could you forget my eyes and ears? You left it at moms right before your 2 week vacation..hmmm fishy. I'm just teasing baby girl. LOL. Mom should ship it to you though, I agree, maybe ship it to Texas so it's there when you get there. *Huggles* and drive safely. Check on us every now and then to ensure we are not cheating.. ok?

NOw you need that Emimem song that I listen to it's call "Shake that" It's a real motivator.:Banane41: Hey can't the trainer work out a payment plan for the $3,000k package? Seriously, I don't think I'd be comfortable giving a trainer that much intially I mean.. what if he skips town or goes away forever? Keep us posted.

With this morning's weigh-in...
No freakin way! You look waayy smaller, more than 8lbs or 6lbs. I'd say 15lbs difference. Your face and everything else looks more toned and smaller and I like you with short hair. It's cute.

Wow an NSV--Been awhile!
I love your story. That's a total NSV related to the S. They wanted to probably tell you that you are soo sesssi! But maybe it would have been unprofessional.

Exercise Today
Thenewksc, You participated in something that tests your overall mental strength as well as your physical endurance and you made it! You made it and you did it for you. I know it must have tasted sweet to see family there, cheering you on and then to witness your follow-through and completion. I commend you and I proud of you for getting 63lbs off of you and I'm pretty sure you lost 2 - 4lbs during that competition. Congratulations to you. I'm looking forward to possibly competing in a Triathlon in California in Aug/Sept. Challenges like this are pure Triumphs, whether we make it to the finish line first or not. We still win.:clap2:

Really stupid things people have shared with you
Lol, this thread had me double reading the actual quotes from these crazy people. I had to read it twice because I couldn't believe what I was reading. It almost reminds me of that movie "BIG FISH" where everything was his life story but fictional and outlandish. Good reading. Thanks.

Art work and their artists
I'd like to learn how to make pottery and maybe make a kick ass garden for my new home. Thinking about taking some classes at a local college.. they have em at night. Could be fun. Wish there was a Central Florida Bandster I could hang out with and do this.

I think you are doing soo great! Wow, you are already running 6kms and you are training for 5km, I think that's how marathon runners train, they strive for more than the competition minimum. Good going! Pizza and Wine??? mmmmm but bad for me.
