Where, oh where is Telly??
ROFLMAO DOC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You trip me out! I should smack myself for allowing you to gain weight. (shoe's herself in the arse). I just got off of the phone with Gold's Gym. I am going to axe my YMCA membership and join Gold's Gym. Membership enrollment this month (by tomorrow) is $49.00 and costs me $27.00 per month. I get 5 personal training sessions, 14 free uses of the gym in any other place in the world per year, sauna, spinning, aerobics classes, the works. I am thinking about hiring a personal trainer (AJ) who I was told.. was the very best in town. He looks the part, courteous of his people and a big ass kicker. I can't wait to start. Gonna go see sign up later on tonight or tomorrow. Oh yeah, AJ said I could definately be at goal if I follow him directly for the next 2 months and I told him I'd be interested in eventually becoming a personal trainer myself and maybe getting certified. He said he'd guide me to that point if after he kicks my ass, if I decide to still want to do that. I'm fook'n excited! I lost 2lbs today running/walking/jogging in the Florida sun.

Gone for Good Club - May 2006
Hey folks.... I suppose the challenge is just about over by tomorrow eh? I wanted to be 190lbs by the end of the challenge but it doesn't look that I will be. It was a sweet challenge. I'd love to do it again. PNut, if you decide to not do a June challenge, please allow us to keep this particular challenge with scorecards going. I'd like to continue on using this till I hit goal. Thanks for this challenge, it's helped me greatly.

Permanent Makeup
I have great eyebrows and I thank permanent makeup for it. I have had my eyebrows done so that when I do pluck them... they aren't crooked and I stay in line with the shape of my face. You can't really see it under my hairs unless you are really looking for it. It does give my brows a very full look though my brows are thin. It cost me $250 per brow.

Where, oh where is Telly??
Wow! I can feel the love. Oh TriciaK. You darling darling lass. Dodi, Hi there:) Pnut, heya, I was on my mobile phone and I couldn't get the browser to send my msg. I got your msg. I was just wanting a break and spending much needed time with my kids. I realize now that after spending time with them, they are really and truly my babies. I love them soo much. I'm so proud of them dancing on stage in front of 300 people I missed you guys too. Im not going to be posting too much. Just in the few threads you already know I am apart of. I am tired of the cattyness on this forum. All this negative energy is bad for my aura. If you wish to find me my good people... i'll be in GFG, Bootcamp, Exercise today and the Jokes Thread. Not venturing off anymore. I'll just be reading threads and not responding to them. I see that it's very territorial here now and some people actually have sections of the forum on lockdown, almost like a gang. Really silly. Love you guys.

Whoaaaaaaa... Locking threads at will?
Rofl! Maybe the horse is dead now, that is.. unless by some miracle another thread evolves and mutates. The horse could also be super bored again and just wants to rev up LBT. I have a stable for "it" when it happens again.

Bashing is considered a posting style?

Exercise Today
05/28/2006 - 35 mile bike ride done in 2hours 23 minutes 05/29/2006 - 16.5 mile bike ride done in 58minutes, 2 mile treadmill run @ 4.5 miles per hour 100 regular crunches 100 twisting crunches I have no restriction, lol. I have eaten quite a bit of things over the weekend to include ice cream. Steak, chicken, shark, rice (yes rice), Beans, salad's, Soups. Interesting. I didn't over do it. Portion control was superb. I just am eating real food now and it tastes unbelieveable. I lost 4lbs this weekend but since i've eaten all these wholesome foods, 3lbs of it has crept back up. Since I have not gone to the bathroom in about a week.. 5 almost 6 days now, I think it's time for Fiber. I will have to get my first fill in a few weeks. I will also need to figure out how to become regular again without relying on fiber/laxatives. I've had this problem since surgery.

This thread is one of the main reasons why I've been staying away from the forum. The cheap shots tossed across the room. Enough is enough already! Sheeesh!

Exercise Today
Ok, I was with the kids yesterday and previously promised myself I wouldn't take anymore pics of myself unless I hit 190lbs but I am 198 today and feeling great. These pics were taken yesterday in Celebration, Florida where the kids dance rehearsal took place. The pictures were taken by myself, my son and my daughter. I'm seein a difference. I'll show befores and afters in a few weeks in the before and after thread but if anyone is curious, i'll show a glimpse of my before and it's not full body here... And here's yesterday's camera phone pictures

If you're going to Mexico for a lapband read this!
You are very wrong here. Mexico doctors DO care and DO WAY MORE THAN JUST BANDS, my follow up care in Mexico is FREE of charge. I plan on going there for fills and they are FREE! And yes, with lots of diet and exercise you WILL lose weight. The band is not a miracle worker, just a restricter. Also, 5CC's? That sounds weird. I have a 9.75cm Inamed band with a max 5cc balloon. You were inflated to 5cc's with an 11 cm band? What's your max CC's? What does your post op report say?

Where did all the love go?
I'm glad we are moving forward on this. But just remember, where there literally are hundreds of people sharing opinions...personalities WILL clash and hemroids will flare. Gonna need some medicine for the "itis" and things will be fine again soon enough, hopefully.

3Loves - Big day tomorrow!!!
Check the list and make sure you've got Malox Plus or Gas X with you when you arrive home. I wish you all the best and a speedy recovery. Hopefully by now you are in bandland or will be and I hope and pray that the band will bring you much success in your weight loss goals.
