  1. It's been a learning process for me as well. I am almost 5wks post op now and I have had two or three moments of sudden discomfort that remind me to be more careful. A day or so and all is well.
  2. Truely inspiring. Congrats on your success.
  3. I always knew I was nuts, LOL. Now with the band I have something else to add......tighter in the morning, open at night. I thought it was just me.
