Kathy-One Year Later

I made it. It's been a year since I went to Mexico and got banded by Dr Kuri. No regrets, not a single one. I'm not yet to my goal weight and have hit many loooong plateaus, but I'm doing it. I'm really doing it! Here's a pic...big thanks to P'nut for editing services :)

You are looking great! Congrats to all your success and thanks for the egg drop soup recipe.... :biggrin1: I plan on using it when I get banded this month!

Happy Band Day!

Isnt it amazing what a 40 pound drop looks like?

Youre looking great, Girl. And whats this new low of 182??? :high5: (((youre making me nervous))) A BIG wahooo to you for that one too!

Ive love this saying (which fits this thread): "I may not be where I should be, but Praise God Im NOT where I used to be!" Joyce Meyer

Thanks for the 1 year pics. Wish everyone would do this!

Youre looking awesome!!!!!!!

the best me,

Happy Anniversary! You look great! Isnt this the best day.... we made it this far, it can only be down hill from now (unless your on the treadmill, then its uphill) (ha - diet humor.... who knew?)

You look amazing. Wow, didn't know P'Nut was so great on computers. I don't know how to do any of that stuff.

You've sure come a long way and must be very proud of yourself.

Thanks for the recipe for the egg drop soup. I know Protein is a must and there's a lot of protein in eggs. How do you do with scrambled eggs? I think that Aloe Vera juice has some kick-a-poo juice in it :) It's certainly working for you.

Happy Bandiversary, Kath! It's so cool to see the pics in the same clothes. Look how differently the shirt hangs on you. Everyone keeps telling me I've lost my "shelf" and guess what? You have too! :) *hugs*

And you're very welcome for the editing. I enjoy it. :D

Wow Kathy - you're looking soooooooooo fantastic!!! 182 feels great, doesn't it?!? hehe

Keep up the excellent work and Happy Bandiversary! :)

:clap2: You look fantastic..... Those pics are just a great reminder! I haven't taken pics (I usually throw out all pics of me...) But you have inspired me... I am going to have my daughter help me.... (Kids are so much more computer savy) :)

I wish you Continued Sucess in your WLJ (Weight Loss Journey) :clap2:

Enjoy your day

Jen:kiss2:

Congratulations Kathy - I can't wait to pose for my one year Bandiversary - I hope I have as much success as you have.
