Hey there and welcome aboard!! I was banded in January '06 and this board has been a huge help!!! Good luck on your journey!:scared:

Hi everyone,

I received my lap band 2 weeks ago today. Since beginning the preop liquid diet March 9th I have lost 26 pounds. I began pureed/soft food today and it amazes me that so far I do not have an appetite at all. I believe that this band is gonna be a very smart choice for me.
