Just a quick thank you for the picture comment. Personally I believe it's our personal commitment to the end result that works best. I fought my self even after banding and it was not until recently that I believed it would work for me. Although the photo speaks for itself, it was not easy getting there. I've posted my 'before' picture to my profile.
