    “Just Exercise More”

If you eat less calories than you use then you will always begin to lose weight. With exercise, your body adjusts over time and compensates for the lost calories (saving them elsewhere) meaning that exercise becoems less effective over time. It's still best to combine both though. Exercise has many offer health benefits.

    Hummus and what?

You can have raw or sauté vegetables. Or you may eat pasta with tomato sauce, veggies, and cheese. It is a healthy option.

    Hummus and what?

You can have pasta, and the better way to make it a little bit healthier with some veggies thrown i. I've tried a couple so far like mushrooms, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes with cheese.
  10. Whether it's white or brown sugar, adding just a tablespoon of it to tomato sauce will make the flavor really pop.
